Résumé
This project seeks to analyze how the presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) impacts teaching, learning, and management practices in teacher training and professional development courses. The objective is to understand the changes produced in daily academic life and how they are reflected in teaching and learning practices in higher education, as well as in academic management practices. To this end, the research adopts a methodological approach that combines quantitative and qualitative techniques and allows for a detailed analysis of the profiles of university students, teachers, and pedagogical coordinators and their cultural and school practices mediated by digital devices and the specific use of chatbots, which utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI). The data will comprise exploratory and descriptive surveys, collected through questionnaires and interviews with focus groups from the Pedagogy and Advertising and Public Relations courses offered by a private higher education institution in the city of Araraquara. This study is expected to contribute new perspectives to managing the changes in daily university school life brought about by the use of emerging technologies in education, promoting a deeper understanding of the implications of chatbots and other AI tools in academic training and teaching practice.
